Tim Swanston (DRE# 01887506) brings 10 years of multifamily experience focusing exclusively on the disposition and acquisition of multifamily assets located in Northern California. He has been involved in over 100 transactions and sold over $250 million in multifamily assets. Mr. Swanston is from one of the original Sacramento pioneer families and is a 5th generation Sacramentean. He graduated from Jesuit High School in 2001.

He currently resides in Sierra Oaks and has 3 children. He enjoys hunting, running, and playing tennis. He is an avid sports fan who closely follows all Northern California sports teams.
